About me

I am often described as laidback, authentic, appropriately challenging and welcoming of humor. I have 8+ years of experience providing psychotherapy in various settings (Community Mental Health, Schools, Residential Placements, and Group Practice). I have worked with many different people from diverse socio economic, cultural, educational and ethnic backgrounds.

I work with adults 18+ who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relational/communication issues and life transitions. I'm also deeply committed to working with neurodivergent clients. If you’re someone who lives with ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, or other forms of neurodivergence, I offer a supportive space to better understand your experience.

What to expect

Are you looking for a safe space to work on making changes (big or small)? My goal is to support you in making the changes that you wish to happen in your life.

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and explore what brought you to therapy. You’ll have the space to share your concerns, ask questions, and identify goals. I’ll ask questions to better understand your background, relationships, and the challenges that you’re currently facing. We will also talk about how I work as a therapist, what you can expect from the process, and review important things like confidentiality and consent.

The first session is about building comfort and safety so that you feel supported moving forward. Together, we’ll begin to outline your goals for therapy and what you’d like to work toward. My intention is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, respected, and heard from the very beginning.

Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life and relationships.

If you’re ready to begin this work, I would be honored to support you.
