About me
I am often described as laidback, authentic, appropriately challenging and welcoming of humor. I have 8+ years of experience providing psychotherapy in various settings (Community Mental Health, Schools, Residential Placements, and Group Practice). I have worked with many different people from diverse socio economic, cultural, educational and ethnic backgrounds.
My approach
Are you looking for a safe space to work on making changes (big or small)? My goal is to support you in making the changes that you wish to happen in your life. I will start by forming a strong therapeutic relationship and adjust the therapeutic approach to each client. I take an eclectic approach with my clients and pull from humanistic techniques, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to unwind old, unhelpful patterns that keep us tied to past traumas.
What to expect
Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin to understand what’s happening beneath the surface. I strive to create an environment that is safe, warm, and non-judgmental—where you can show up exactly as you are.
Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life and relationships.
If you’re ready to begin this work, I would be honored to support you.
